Proactive Care: Our residential Checkup Program includes a comprehensive 20-Point Inspection and Tune-Up where we adjust, lubricate and test your overhead door system and opener. Our program is designed to give you the peace of mind that your door system is operating safely and effectively. The program includes:
- Door Inspection: Door and Panel Condition; Door Balance; Condition of Cables, Springs, Rollers, and Hinges
- Opener Inspection: Belt or Chain Tension; Condition of Gears, Carraige and Rail Assembly; Safety Reversal Test
- Garage Door Tune-up: Force and Limit Adjustment; Door Balance Adjustment; Moving Parts Lubrication; Track Adjustment; Loose Hardware Tightening
Residential Program Benefits:
- One (1) inspection and tune-up
- Prioritized scheduling for unscheduled service and repair
- Connection to Garage Door Doctor’s MyQ Diagnostic hub for remote troubleshooting (where applicable)
- 10% off unscheduled service and part – including springs and motors
- 5% off garage door and garage door panel replacements – up to $200
- Two (2) doors at any residence are covered
Pricing:
- $99 for 12-months of coverage
- $129 for 18-months of coverage
- $179 for 24-months of coverage
- Two (2) doors are included. Additional doors are covered at $49 per door.
