Connecting Your myQ® App to Garage Door Doctor

Chamberlain / Liftmaster’s  myQ® app has many great features including giving you the ability to monitor and operate your door remotely. It also has a nice error diagnostic feature that you can use to troubleshoot issues and share them with your garage door service provider. Sharing error reports helps us remotely diagnose issues, provide you with accurate estimates, and sometimes help you fix the problem yourself at no charge.  

Follow these simple steps to connect your myQ® app with us:

1. If you haven’t done so already, download the myQ® app to your smartphone or tablet. You can find the app on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
2. Open the app on your device and click on your profile initials in the top left corner.
3. Select “My Dealer” from the menu.
4. On the “Add a Dealer” screen select “Dealer ID” and enter the five-digit identification number.  Enter 04457 for Garage Door Doctor in Charlotte.
5. Click on “Save Dealer.”
